Northern Ink Xposure Recap

July 2nd, 2014 by Kevin -

The Northern Ink Xposure recently took place at Toronto, and like all cool things – I missed it. Like all of the Canadian shows, I’ve heard good things about the show and the list of attending artists is the best of the best. One of these days I’ll get up north for one of these shows…

Thankfully Sullen Clothing was there to document the festivities for those of us who missed it.

I always dig these videos like these. It’s only four minutes long, but it gives you a good chance to learn more about Jack Gallowtree, but it’s not his entire life story.

I need to meet Josh Payne

May 23rd, 2014 by Kevin -

I’ve been looking at Josh Payne’s work for over two years now and I know we’ve been at the same place, at the same time – but I still haven’t met Josh. This video isn’t the same as meeting him, but it gives me a better idea of who Josh is and it reaffirms that I definitely need to meet him one of this days.

Under the Skin with Liz Cook

May 13th, 2014 by Kevin -

I’ve been a fan of  Liz Cook’s work, but I never knew much about her. That’s different now with this ‘Under the Skin’ video. It’s interesting to learn a little more about Liz, how she got started in tattooing, her shop, and how she views her style.

As always, thanks to Sullen Clothing for these videos.
