There’s something about the tattoos coming out of Spain, Belgium and France that just have this… thing about them. I love them, but I’m confused by them at the same time. Those of you that are not-so-Euro surely know what I’m talking about. (Also, any time I see a monkey tattoo I can’t help but think of this.)
