This Friday (August 5th) night in San Diego, Jett Gallery will be presenting The Emperors New Clothes art show. The show features work from Walker McCullough, Niko Burke, Adam Hathorn, Eric Cooper, and William Thidemann. Doors open at 8pm, and the event runs until 10:30pm.

In my opinion, one of the most interesting tattoo artists out there is Adam Hathorn (A.K.A. Honkey Kong) at Guru Tattoo in San Diego, CA. I have a hard time describing his style, as I wouldn’t classify him as a new school artist, but he’s by no means traditional.

While I realize everyone’s temporarily in awe of Zuckerburg due to the recent release of The Social Network, it’s still fun to curse his name upon seeing that Facebook took down the unedited version of this political tattoo.
