I did something screwy when I watermarked this – hopefully you can forgive me. If you’re a fan of Xoil’s graphic style (but not hanging out in Brooklyn or France) maybe you can head to Hong Kong instead.

It’s always interesting to go onto Kickstarter and search for different keywords. It’s a completely different story when someone you know (or know of) launched a Kickstarter for thier personal project. This is the case with Shark Monster. I don’t know John Devilman, but he’s a tattoo artist so I wanted to share it with you.
Shark Monster is a situational tattoo comedy television show that is currently seeking funding via Kickstarter. The creator has been developing the show for over two years, and provides a detailed story board on the Kickstarter page. I’m generally not a fan of the telvision show Scrubs, I do think the Shark Monster’s description of “Scrubs” in a tattoo shop will appeal to people.
Saturday night, Joey Knuckles is taking his Once Ridden Art Show to Memento Tattoo & Gallery in Columbus, Ohio. Doors open at 8:00PM, and will stay open till 11:00PM. Drinks, food, and festivities will be included free of charge.
There’s very few events that make me say “Damnit, I wish I was in Ohio” but this is definitely one of them.
