Ladies, Ladies Art Show in NYC on May 17th

Black Cobra Tattoo’s Open House

On Thursday, May 10th, Black Cobra Tattoo in Salisbury, Maryland will be holding an open house to celebrate the completion of the new shop. In honor of the new shop, $60 tattoos will be offered from the flash sheet pictured below. In the words of Todd Holloway Noble “Sometimes cheap tattoos are good.”

Back from Hell City (with pictures!)

This past weekend, the 10th annual Hell City Tattoo Fest took place in Columbus, Ohio. Once again, Durb Morrison outdid himself and put on the best Hell City yet. You’re probably thinking I’m just saying that, but ask anyone who attended the show and I guarantee they say the same thing. Hell City has such a positive energy surrounding the show, it’s impossible to attend without feeling inspired and blessed.

Throughout the weekend I had my camera out quite a bit. I’m not going to lie – I shot more video than anything else, but I did manage to shoot a handful of pictures. All of the pictures have been uploaded to the Tattoo Snob Facebook page, and the video should be online by the end of the week. Go check out the pictures now, and please tag ‘em while you’re at it. My apologies for not being organized enough to write everyones name down.

I’m not sure how many of you can reasonably anticipate being in Rome tomorrow – but if you have the chance, check out VIS DEARUM at Mondo Bizzarro Gallery in Rome.  Translated literally as “The Goddess’ Force”, this show involves 18 artists, 18 female tattooers, and their representations of 18 goddesses. May 3rd: The Monster Engine at Sacred NYC

Dave DeVries’ “The Monster Engine” will be on display at Sacred Gallery in NYC from May 3rd through  Stop through for the opening on Thursday, May 3rd from 7-10pm. You can find more details about the event here, or read a bit about the exhibition below:

April 21st: Tattoos 4 Titties Benefit in NYC

The folks over at Thicker Than Water here in NYC are having a benefit to help out a friend recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Stop through this Saturday, April 21 for a $50 tata tattoo – or just to drop off a couple bucks and check out the amazingly themed flash sheet.

Grand Opening of Grim North Tattoo

Stina Sardinha Wulfe recently announced the opening of Grim North Tattoo. In addition to Stina, J.M. Wulfe (James) and Steph Stobbs will also be tattooing at the shop. This Saturday at 5pm, Grim North is having their grand opening party. The event will feature a live band, raffles, and a chance to see the brand new shop.
